Refund policy

Evaluation first

Frontmattering allows a 30-day professional and organizational evaluation so customers can test the software before purchase.

Refund window

For self-service commercial-license purchases, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been used for production reliance, client delivery, hosted operation, managed-service delivery, or continued organizational CI/CD use beyond evaluation.

Effect of refund

If a purchase is refunded, the commercial license associated with that purchase terminates. The customer must stop commercial use unless another valid commercial license applies.

How to request a refund

Email hello@frontmattering.com with the order email, order ID, license variant, and reason for the request.
